Together with the internal training - which had particular focus on the new technologies component (software training, new equipment, etc.), GEOTRILHO turned outwards.
The aim is to establish exchange and cooperation relationships between academic institutions and research organizations, namely in the technical and scientific fields, resulting in the possibility of creating joint projects; consulting and provision of services; sharing and transfer of human resources, facilities and equipment; conducting practical demonstrations, seminars, events or Workshops .
These are, therefore, the foundations on which professional qualification will be done with GEOTRILHO: continuous staff training, opening to the higher education market in Portugal and in the countries where the company provides services, building bridges between GEOTRILHO and international organizations to which it is connected, all this always under the perspective of improving the quality of the services provided and of opening up the company to the world.
